An Early Start for the St. Ann Christmas 2020 Food Drive

Peace and Social Justice is starting the annual drive for the Westchester Neighbors Food Pantry early this year, with collection starting now and continuing through Saturday, December 19. As always, we’re seeking nonperishable food items and monetary donations for scrip grocery cards. Specific information about how to donate can be found on the bulletin insert. Even though social distancing keeps us from being together, let’s still work together to help our neighbors have a wonderful Christmas dinner!

During this time of social distancing, the Commission on Peace and Social Justice is getting an early start on the St. Ann Christmas food drive. There are two ways to give:

Option 1: Purchase a grocery scrip card to donate. Make your check out to St. Ann of the Dunes with “food drive” or “food pantry” in the memo portion. Mail it to St. Ann, P O Box 727, Beverly Shores, IN 46301 or drop it off at the church office (for hours, see below).

Option 2: Bring your nonperishable food items to St. Ann on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. (office hours). The large white donation box will be available in front of the church to receive your nonperishable items. Or call Perry Cartwright at 773-391-5673 to schedule a pickup of your donation.
